System Services

The system services are available for interventions in hardware, "core" software, networks and communications. These services are applicable to equipment supplied by ANO, either alone or integrated with ANO software solutions. 

When we say "core" software, we consider the standard software applications, i.e., operating systems and personal productivity tools (Word, Excel, email and browser). 

Whenever we talk about levels of service or assistance, we refer to the "response performance" that is contracted with the customer. This level of service is variable and is described in each contract, and generally includes the following variables:

  • Response time, once a call is received;
  • The existence or non-existence of replacement equipment, in case of failure;
  • Services to be provided under the contract;
  • Equipment covered by the contract;
  • Others deemed necessary during the negotiation.
